Two samsui women, dressed in black samfoos, are having a conversation. One of them is wearing a red head dress while the other is wearing a blue head dress. Samsui women were Cantonese and Hakka immigrants from Sanshui county of Guangdong province in Southern China. They performed menial jobs in the early construction industry.
