This entry was awarded Jury's Choice (Open Category) Best Art Direction in ciNE65 Season II competition (2013).

Ryan Lian who played the young man in "相思豆 Saga Seed" was shortlisted for ciNE65 II Audience Choice Favourite Actor award. Naomi Yeo who played the young lady in "相思豆 Saga Seed" was shortlisted for ciNE65 II Audience Choice Favourite Actress award.

(First launched in July 2011 by NEXUS, ciNE65 is a short film competition that seeks to establish itself as another platform for Singaporeans and those living in Singapore to express and embrace the Singapore identity. Participants in Season II of ciNE65, which took place from Feb to Jul 2013, were challenged to make a 3-min short film on Singapore with the theme "I'll Be There For You, Singapore".)
