1990s - Qifa Primary School pupils at West Coast Avenue. (Khee Fatt School, formerly known as Khee Fatt Study Institution, became a government school known as "Qifa Primary School". Jubilee Primary School was closed in 1996 and merged with Qifa Primary in 1997. In January 2008, Jin Tai Primary School merged into Qifa Primary School to form the current Qifa Primary School.)
